In Alibaba chat, we had requested for the 63 cm hat: 20 pcs each in pink, teal and yellow, 40 pcs black. For 58 cm size, 100 pcs black. However they wrote in our Alibaba order incorrectly as the reverse. We received 63 cm hat: 100 pcs black. 58 cm hat: 20 pcs each in pink, teal and yellow, 40 pcs black.
We've asked Veronica if the incorrect hats we paid for could be credited towards our next order. But they refused, saying they had done nothing wrong.
If the sales rep cannot draft an accurate invoice for a 200 pcs order, how can you trust them with a larger order when they won't take responsibility?
The shipping also took way longer than quoted. We ordered in December 28, 2023. We paid for Air Express (5-8 days). Veronica inputted fake tracking number to make it appear they shipped on time for end of January 2024. The hats did not arrive until March 2024, 3 months later.
